leaving on a Jet Plane...

dont worry, I am not going..lol..this family was in town for the weekend visiting one of their best friends who also happens to be one of mine, so we snuck in a photoshoot at 8:30 in the morning on their way to the airport...with two kids under 4...wow!  Super mommy!  LOL  Anyway, beautiful, fun family and sweet giggly little girls.  I am hoping I wore them out enough before their flight!

You can tell these girls have lots of fun with daddy at home! 

I think Mommy and Daddy may have been dancing for these giggles!  LOL

I am not really sure what prompts me to process a session with the vintage wash that I love...sometimes it just "feels" timeless and whimsical and I think the wash really works with it.  This little girl is only TWO!  She listens so amazing and has sooo much personality but still so tiny that she was so much fun to photograph.  She was just big enough to follow some direction but still baby enough to do what she wanted....I love these photos...they just say "little girl summer" to me...wind blowing in the hair, pink cheeks from the warmth...

We got lots and lots of smiles and giggles that I love but sometimes those moments captured inbetween can make your heart stop!  Love all of these for that reason...

Summer love!

I am so loving this warm weather!  These sweet brother and sister had too many great shots together I had to just show them ALL!  They were so playful and good spirited it was such a joy photographing them and their mommy!

Sunset family fun...

I love sunset shooting with families...it really makes the session feel artistic and playful...love it! This cute family are all pros by now, we shoot about every three months! Little blondies! Aren't they cute!  Happy birthday sweet boy!!

I honestly think all babies are cute...I really do..I could eat them all!  BUT this sweet girl just blew me away...she was beautiful at a week old and even more at 6 months....something about the way the light catches her big pretty eyes here is amazing!   You can see where she gets her looks from...can't wait for our NYC shoot this summer!  Talk about FUN!
