Happy Thanksgiving!

I will be proofing the rest of the day and then I have one last sweet girl to shoot tonight and then Images of Grace will be taking the long Holiday weekend off. I am hoping to have EVERYONE proofed today and online s we can finish up cards next week.

The PGA tour ran a little longer this year so thank goodness the weather stayed nice for all my golfer clients and their families! I have been shooting miss G since she was a tiny newborn and this next week she will be a big 2 year old...a TODDLER! Such a smart little girl and great parents...you can see how much fun we had!!!

Hello! Any body still out there?!? I know I have been MIA with the blog but if anyone wants to get their pictures anytime soon I nned to work (this is more play for me...lol) BUT I have been sitting at this computer for almost 24 hours editing so I thought I deserved a little "play time"! I have been photographing this family since Miss A was 2 weeks and the twins were only 2 1/2. By now I know that mom has got it down with the clothes choices but even this surprised me! WOW! Great job! And helps that these kids are stunners! Also helps that they know by now what I expect from them...they know we are going to have fun but I expect them to "work the camera" a little..LOL! We shot all these and more in under 27 minutes!

Anyway, I broke these up into 2 sections bc some of these HAD to have a vintage wash...

Sorry mama! i told you you were in trouble with these proofs...get the wallpaper supplies out...Ha! These nay be my new all time favs! So to J, M and A...love you!

I lve how happy they are in these! Three happy kids..I call it a success! : )

For family pictures! This year has just been crazy as far as family pictures go! I LOVE it! I love the connection in a family shot, the closeness...so much fun! On the other side, they just take longer to edit and I have sadly fallen behind on blogging. Look at all these familes (plus all the familes I have blogged in the last week) I may be MIA for a while but it is only bc I need to do some catching up on editing : )

I will come back and blog some more of each of these sweet familes but for now, I wanted to show just one of each of them...I know it's cheating...LOL...but this is the only way I know how to give everyone a little taste : )

Family of Seven (part 1)

I am so far behind on blogging. By that I mean these were taken last Friday night so I guess I am not to far behind but I try to blog a couple right away bc I know everyone is so excited to see something. I LOVE that excitement!! Anyway, I do appologize to those of you who I have not blogged...I am trying to keep up with the shooting and it is CRAZY right now! (good crazy but still crazy!)

This family is in my top five clients of all time. Not only are the all beautiful and come dressed perfect (hello Anthropologie kids!!). They have also Wall papered their house with canvases from our shoots the last two years! But the reason I love them is bc they are one of the sweetest families I know. They are just happy and happy to be there capturing a moment in their lives!

So, here are just two family shots...not only did we do all seven once, we got brave and went for a wardrobe change...love them both!!!

This family has become very special to our family. I always get nervous when I am shooting a good friend...I think bc I love them so much and want more than anything to be able to give this gift to them. Tonight's session was so much fun! The boys did AWSOME! CJ has become a pro by now and coop is following right behind. Luv you guys! Hope you love these!

I am missing the pretty fall colors from Ohio a couple weeks ago. We just don't get it like that here! I had another sweet family to post...I had to promise these kids we would be done shooting in 20 minutes...LOL...they were great kids and we had lots of fun! Don't they look like an add right out of Abercrombie?

Almost exactly four years ago I showed up in a field for a maternity shot and met these two cuties! They had just moved here from Florida and she was due with another baby girl in November.........................................

At that moment, I could never have guessed that God had brought this family into our lives for a reason. Adi and G soon became good buds and at the age of three Adi officially had her first "Best Friend". God is so amazing! The greatest gift he can ever give us is true friendship! When I was pregnant with Lo she was the reason I got so HUGE! We were over at their house at least 2 times a week! When it is time for Adi birthday each year she no longer looks mommy to plan her party but instead turns to Miss Angel who already has tons of ideas for her! I think if we are lucky enough to even have a handful of people in our lives that we can truely be ourselves around than we have more to be thankful for than most! We love you guys!
